detailed description
This two-bedroom apartment measures almost 80 m² (79.95 m² to be precise). The street is very quiet and there are local shops (a bakery and a pharmacy just 50 meters from the building; and a supermarket is a 3-minute walk away).
The unique feature of this home is that the living room is very bright. Perhaps the photos of the living room don't do it justice, but when you visit the property, you'll be able to see for yourself. Thanks to the large windows in the living room, natural light floods in. This is what struck us when we first visited the apartment.
In addition to being bright, the living room is also very spacious. It measures 33.80 m². Due to its L-shape, you can divide the room into a living and dining room.
As for the fully equipped kitchen, it comes standard. It includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic hob (with a hood above), a dishwasher, and more. Also note that its surface area (7.60 m²) allows for a table and chairs, saving you from having to always eat breakfast in the living room. However, if you'd prefer an open-plan kitchen, you would simply have to knock down the wall adjoining the living room.
As for the two bedrooms, they measure 14.60 m² (3.9 x 3.6 m) and 8.30 m² (3.3 x 2.5 m).
It is from these two bedrooms that you access the balcony (located at the rear of the building). It is 3.6 meters long and 1.2 meters wide; which means that when the weather is nice, your 80 m² home extends further into an outdoor space of 4.4 m². The balcony's exposure is ideal, as it not only benefits from the sun in the afternoon (south), but also in the evening (west). Moreover, in addition to being sunny, the view is also bucolic.
The shower room includes a shower cubicle and a sink built into a large vanity unit. The toilet is separate.
The entrance hall is no less impressive, as not only does it include a built-in cloakroom, but it is also very large (8 m²). This means you can turn the hall into a small "entrance gallery." In other words, you can hang a few paintings there, making your entrance very welcoming and warm.
At the bottom of the building, there is a 4.20 m² cellar (2.8 x 1.4). It includes an electrical outlet, in case you want to install an additional freezer.
At the rear of the building, you have a garage (5.4 meters long and 2.9 meters wide). Just for your convenience, please note that this is a garage in the true sense of the word, not an underground parking lot.
If you own an electric vehicle, there are charging stations not far from the building. They are located opposite the town hall, next to the Vel'Oh-Gemeng Stroossen station.
The charges (a monthly advance of €330, with an annual statement) include heating, water, garbage, municipal taxes, insurance, and all building fees. (All you have to pay is your private electricity and internet subscription.)
